So How Does It All Work?
All our packages are designed to be hassle free. On the day of your experience we Deliver, Set up & Style, check everything is in order and leave to let you and your family enjoy your celebration. We then return to pack down and Collect the next day. It's that easy. Typically Delivery is between 9am-3pm and pick up is between 9:30am-11am.
If you will be using an Airbnb or Hotel as the location we will require access between 9am-3pm on the delivery day, so you will need to book the day prior as well as the night of
How and When Should I Book?
Booking is a breeze. Simply fill out our booking form with your desired experience and date and we’ll send you a quote with all of the details. We recommend booking 3-5 weeks in advance to ensure availability of your experience and date, but can accommodate last minute bookings subject to availability. Your party is not officially booked until we receive a 50% non refundable deposit. Final guest count and balance is due 14 days prior to the event
How Much Space Do I Need?
Each teepee requires 7ft in length and 3ft in width, and are 5ft high. We can arrange in various configurations (line-up, semi-circle, aisles) depending on your space. For our gorgeous glamping experience we require 22-24ft of flat grassed area for staking and set up of the bell tent. If you're unsure, just ask.
Is It Just For Kids?
Not at all. We have experiences for adults, families, and kids of all ages. We’ve helped host everything from Mommy & Me SleepOvers, to Ladies Night Dinner Parties, to Bridal Shower GlampOuts. Our experiences are tailored to your needs and we ensure everything is age appropriate.
Can I Book Additional Tents?
We can organize Sleepovers for 5 through to 25 people. If you've got the space, we've got you covered. .
What If The Weather Turns Bad?
We closely monitor the weather in the lead up to your event and will update you if there is anything on the horizon that may impact your event. For the safety of all our guests, Gorgeous Glamping experiences, Outdoor Movie and Outdoor Dining experiences will not go ahead in extreme weather (rain, wind and freezing temperatures ). We will do everything we can to accommodate alternative dates or switch to our Signature Sleepover experience depending on availability. We do this in complete consultation with you and with the safety and enjoyment of you, your family, and guests in mind. No refunds are granted.
Movie Night begins after Sunset for best viewing experience. We provide you with cables to connect your laptop or can supply a DVD/BluRay player if needed. If you plan on streaming a movie it is assumed you have adequate internet speed and strong signal where the projector will be placed. We arrive, set up the screen, décor and provide you with instruction on how to set up the projector after the sun has set.
When is the Right Age for a Child’s First Sleepover Party?
All the time we are asked “What age is a first sleepover party?”
Sleepovers are a cherished childhood experience, but knowing when a child is ready for their first overnight adventure can be tricky. Generally, ages 6 to 8 are considered a good starting range, though readiness can vary based on each child’s personality, comfort level, and previous experiences.

What If I Need To Cancel or Postpone?
If you need to cancel or change dates you must notify us at least 15 days prior to your event. A change of dates is based on availability. Any cancellation or reschedule made 13 days or less are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
Alternatively, If we receive a 50% deposit but do not receive an on time (14 days prior to the event) payment of the balance. The event will be cancelled and result in the loss of the deposit.
How Much Do Sleepover Teepees Cost?

Is There a Delivery Fee?
We offer Free pickup and drop off at our Roswell warehouse.
We offer Delivery for a $20-$40 fee to the following cities:
Alpharetta, Chamblee, Dunwoody, Johns Creek, Milton, Roswell and Sandy Springs
We offer Delivery for a $25-$75 fee to the following cities:
Atlanta, Acworth, Avondale Estates, Buford, Canton, Cumming, Dawsonville, Decatur, Duluth, Flowery Branch, Holly Springs, Kennesaw, Lawrenceville, Lilburn, Lithonia, Marietta, Mableton, Norcross, Pine Lake, Smyrna, Snellville, Stone Mountain, Suwanee, Tucker and Woodstock

Can I save on the delivery fee and pick up the items?
Yes! We offer DIY Sleepovers. For 15% off and no delivery fee you can pick up a sleepover of your choosing with all of the trimming from our warehouse. Set it up yourself and return it the following day. All of the sleepover items can fold down and we have been able to fit a sleepover for 7 in a sedan (provided the back seat can fold down to the trunk)
